About Me
My name is Camryn Woods, and I am an undergraduate student at the University of Georgia, where I study Advertising. I enjoy going to the beach, watching and playing sports, and being with friends and family. I value building connections and learning new skills from peers. I believe that working with peers is crucial because it helps you get feedback on your work and think of new ways to develop yourself that you may not have had before. Especially in advertising, it is so important to take all the skills of design you have learned and apply them to your projects. I had an internship at a marketing and advertising agency in Savannah, Ga named MyAgency, where I learned and developed new skills in type and images. My final project was creating a vacation rental guide for a beach house on Tybee Island, Ga. I have completed LinkedIn Learning Certificates in Inclusive Typography, Creating Inclusive Typography, Learning Photoshop, and Learning InDesign Essentials. I look forward to continuing to develop my skills and portfolio for the future. Thank you for being here!
